Eventsly.ca provides an online platform for discovering and purchasing tickets to Sri Lankan events held across Canada. Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

01. Ticket Purchases

All ticket prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Once your payment is successfully completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of purchase.

02. Refund Requests

If you are unable to attend an event, refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event start time.

To request a refund, please:

• Contact us through the Contact Us page on eventslytest.mycanadaticket.ca

If your request meets the above requirement and is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.  The refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refund requests submitted less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible.

03. Event Cancellations or Postponements

If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued automatically. If an event is postponed or rescheduled and you are unable to attend on the new date, you will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds in these cases will be issued to the original payment method.

04. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Failure to attend an event without prior notice

• Requests made after the event has started or ended

• Errors caused by incorrect information entered during checkout

05. Ticket Use & Event Changes

Tickets purchased through eventslytest.mycanadaticket.ca are valid only for the specified event and date. Eventsly is not responsible for tickets obtained through third-party sources outside our platform Event details such as schedules, performers, or venues may occasionally change. Minor changes do not qualify for a refund unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
